Returns
I accept returns without question within 30 days of delivery date for US Orders only. The product must be in unused and new condition in the original packaging.
I do not take international returns at this time.
For returns, contact me at [email protected] to initiate the return. A return label will be provided. Please pack the item well.
Shipping is nonrefundable and will be deducted from any refund given. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Missing Items
If an item is missing or damage is due to my negligence a replacement will be sent free of charge. If damage occurs due to mishandling by the shipping company, claims should be made to the shipping company.
There is an exception to every rule and I want people to play and enjoy the things I make. If you feel a situation warrants it, reach out to me!
